What is IPER?
IPER is a vocational training organisation unique in the French-speaking world. Created in 1977 by the Le Havre Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the port of Le Havre, it has become the specialist in executive education in the maritime, port and logistics sector.
An integral part of the EM Normandie Business School since 2006, its catalogue training programmes are delivered in French or English, in Le Havre or abroad, and are structured around three main themes: port work, management, and port operations.
A centre of port excellence, IPER is recognised by major maritime and port players both in France and internationally.
